Zennox USB tape to MP3 converter
Can I use this product with a PC running Windows Milennium edition? I have USB connections but no internet access on this computer.

Audacity should work, but note that Windows Millennium Edition is not generally considered to be a very stable operating system.
Make sure that you get the "Windows 98/ME" version - the standard "Windows 2000/XP/Vista" version will not work.
