Inverted Stereo
I ripped all of my CDs with Exact Audio Copy and i think i must have selected a wrong icon on the Preferances or something 'cause now some albums have the Stereo Channels inverted... Is there a way for Audacity to fix this?

Re: Inverted Stereo
Open the stereo track. The black arrow on the left is a drop-down menu and one of the options is Split Stereo Track. The others are obvious. You can assign any identity and recombine into a new stereo track.

Re: Inverted Stereo
Apologies in advance, but I'm going to be pedantic (again). I've used EAC for years and I've never found a way to make it swap audio channels. Are you 100% certain that you've not got your headphones the wrong way round, incorrectly wired speakers, mislabelled speaker sockets, or something silly like that?
Just to be clear, when you say "the Stereo Channels inverted", I'm assuming that you mean left is right and right is left, or do you mean that one channel is phase inverted?
