How do you take away the singing in a song? I already tried changing it to Mono and turning it to invert but it doesn't work. Can somebody please help me?

I can tell you that probably nobody can help you.
Audacity has a Vocal Removal tool that does probably about what you just did. There are other packaged tools that try to remove the vocals, too, but there are a ton of reasons for this not to work. If your show is in mono -- even if there are two tracks there, you're dead. If the show is highly compressed, the tools do a miserable job.
You can safely assume that you can't do perfect vocal removal, and a lot of the time, you can't do it at all.
