Windows Vista Startup

Hi Audacity Community,
I just recently installed Audacity Beta 1.3.11 and it worked fine for the first few startups. However, it started to say when I launched it:
Audacity (Registered), The Free, Cross-Platform Sound Editor has stopped working.
Any solutions?
