recover aup file

recover aup file

I accidently deleted the aup file.
Is there a way to recover it?
I have the folder with AU files. All i need is to recover the aup file

Is it in the Recycle (trash) bin?
If not, "Recuva" http://www.piriform.com/recuva is a good free file recovery program.
