Hi, I am a newby using Audacity 1.3.11-beta on Windows 7.
I cannot get the local version of the manual or the quick start to load, although the internet version works.
The files are in C:Program Files (x86)Audacity 1.3 Beta (Unicode)helpmanual.
Any way that I can get them loaded?

I have a similar problem. Windows XP SP3.
My folder structure is C:/Program Files/Audacity/help/manual.
The html files are all in "manual". A minor problem, but I would like to get it sorted.
