Why plug ins wont paste in the plug in folder?

I download plug ins for eg. Gsnap.dll or freeverb2.dll and it does not let me paste them on the plug in folder. Why?

Also when I paste the VST enabler.dll on the Audacity folder it doesnt show up. But I paste it but it doesnt show up..

You're pasting them into the right folder, not dragging them in?

The VST enabler should not be used in current versions of Audacity 1.3.x

I copy and paste them, not dragg. although i tried dragging and i have the same problem.

I downloaded the beta version today, but I also tried with 1.2 version...

Depending on the operating system, your account type, and any group policy settings you may not have the necessary permissions to write to the plug-ins folder. Try logging in as an administrator and pasting the files.

VST support is much better in 1.3.11 than previous versions, so stick with this version until it is superseded.

Yaaay! I know have Gsnap! Although Freeverb2 didnt appear I dont know why .. ?
I made all this from the administrator user. Although, before I needed to type the admins user password and I typed that in.. but well. guess its only from the administrator user...
