Strange overlap when exporting audio
I am using Audacity 1.3.10 on a new Windows 7 machine. I have used Audacity for a while - mostly 1.2 on an XP machine, but have been using this version on this machine for about 2 months, and have never encountered this problem. When I export a selection from a track, it exports an extra little part after the cursor which seems to be around 4 seconds, although the first time it happened, it seemed to be about 1 second. I am cutting on waveforms and need precision, since these tracks will be rejoined, so to speak, when burning to a CD without gaps. I have done this a hundred times before and never had this problem, so I don't know what is causing it. It is possible that this has been going on with this new version all along, but I haven't noticed until now, and it is also possible that this just started happening. Has anybody else had this problem? Is there a setting I don't know about? Help!
Re: Strange overlap when exporting audio
This is a known bug in Audacity 1.3.10. It has been fixed in 1.3.11 which is available from the main Audacity web site. http://audacityteam.org/download/
