I open the program, and I have the option to select "stereo mix" directly I have it in gray and can not select anything. I hope they know help

I have windows 7 and I want to record the song of a game, "Some might say" Guitar Hero World Tour, because the song that comes into play is edited and hear much better than that achieved anywhere, is unique.
