Headset not working on audacity.
I am running windows vista. Whenever I try to record on Audacity an error popped up saying "Error while opening sound device. Please check the input device settings and the project sample rate" How to I get my headset to work on this. I have a speech for school I need to record and so yeah. I have no clue what to do. The headset is logitech. I can't find a model number or even the name. Although I remember that I couldn't even find them on logitechs website so idk. My headset works perfectly fine on everything else though.

You need to ensure that the mic is enabled as a recording device.
