Audacity 1.3.x is now obsolete. Please use the current Audacity 2.1.x version.

The final version of Audacity for Windows 98/ME is the legacy 2.0.0 version.

That plug-in is not the standard "High Pass Filter". That effect applies a high-pass filter that has a variable cut-off frequency controlled by a low frequency oscillator. Is that the effect that you want, or do you just want an ordinary high-pass filter?

The reason that it gives an error is probably because your version of Audacity does not support the use of a comma (,) as a decimal separator.
The current version of Audacity should accept the use of a comma.
To use the effect, either update Audacity, or replace the comma with a dot (.)

I think the current version of Audacity includes a normal low-pass filter and high-pass filter.

Hi

Well the ordinary HI/LO pass filter will do... :D But I don't see any default filter in my Audacity...

They are definitely included in the latest version of Audacity that is available here http://wiki.audacityteam.org/index.php? ... tly_Builds
This version also fixes several bugs that were present in earlier versions.

I am going to download it again. Maybe some plugins have been suppressed by mistake.
Thanks again
