I don't know if this is a bug or not. However, after I attempt to re-play an exported file using a different program such as Winamp or Media Player, it does not work. I'm using 1.3.10 (beta), Windows 7 (64 bit) and LAME 3.98.2. I have attempted to export the file to MP3 and WMA with the same non-success at replaying. What am I doing wrong or is it a problem using Win 7? Is there a workaround?

Set the Project rate (bottom left corner of main Audacity window) to 44100, then try exporting as WAV 16 bit PCM.
