I was out out all day and left Audacity on to record and it went past my disk space remaining amount.
I came home to find a warning that I was low on disk space, which I expected, but I can't listen to or edit the recording.
Looking at the time frame, I can see that what I wanted recorded looks successful, but I can't access it.
Is there anything I can do?

Re: Recording Past Allotted Disk Space Time
The best thing that can happen is the live capture gets to the end, crashes and starts over. This leads to the complaint that they have four hours of work but only can listen to the first fifteen minutes. They don't really have four hours of work.
If you really play your cards right, Windows will crash and even if it starts, will be slow and error prone.
Don't restart Windows until you clean out the hard drive and get at least 10% free space. If you don't, Windows may not start. The show is almost certainly damaged and if any of it is recoverable, it may only be a small chunk.
Filling up the hard drive is very, very serious business.
