I just installed version 1.3.10 Beta. Is there any way to print the manual all at once or do you have to print each page at a time?

Currently you will just print a page at a time from your web browser. There may be a pdf version at some time in the future (I think there was one before the manual was thoroughly updated and revised), but the full manual is very big so you are probably better to just print those pages that you need printed and refer to the rest through the "Help" (view in browser). The current 1.3.10 version includes a local copy of the manual, so you don't need to be on-line to view it.
