Hi guys,
I recently installed the new brilliant Windows 7 OS on my pc, having previously used XP.
However, my favourite program, Audacity, will not let me record sounds on my computer!
Stereo mix or What U Hear are not available, and I have enabled ALL possible devices in the sound control panel.
The 4 options I have are:
Microphone
Line-in
Auxiliary
S/PDIF-in
I have tried every combination with MME and Directsound on the Audacity settings, including Microsoft Sound Mapper, but still the dreaded horizontal blue line of nothingness!
I am using a Sound Blaster Audigy sound card, and I know that it works because Replay Music can record sounds with it.
Please help me, I'm desperate to be able to use Audacity again!
Thanks a lot
