Using Windows 7 & Audacity 1.3.9
When I click on 'Export', the 'Export File dialog' does not come up,
the 'Edit Metadata dialog' comes up instead. Please help!

The Edit Metadata window allows you to add extra information to your audio file.
You can click OK without filling anything in, and this will bring you to the Export window.
