Audacity Forum

Hello.
I'm running Audacity 1.3.9 on Windows 7,
When I try to OPEN a file, nothing happens. Audacity is VISABLE on
the Task bar but doesn't open (expand).
The SAME thing happens if I just open Audacity from the
shortcut on my desktop.
I've tried running Audacity in different compatibility modes
but, the same thing happens.
HELP!!!
