Audacity 1.3.9 won't install on Win7 x64

I downloaded AudaCity 1.3.9 but when I try to run on
Windows 7 x64 it says make sure I have the correct version ??

Try running it in Vista compatibility mode.

I got it working now. Coming from Windows XP to Windows 7 it's a huge jump for anyone reading this, be prepared but also be prepared that Windows 7 is very smart, smarter then Vista in my opinion.
