Record Streaming Audio Using Audacity

Hi,

I want to Record Streaming Audio as an MP3 File Using Audacity
When googling I found this link: http://www.brynmawr.edu/llc/help/multim ... oAsMP3.htm
My problem is that I can´t find the options “Wave Out” or “Stereo Mix”
I´m using a pc with Xp home + SP3, with Swedish language, and the installation of audacity was in english

Please help med out

Thx in advance, all answers is appreciated, I am just a novice to this, but am eager to learn more…
