MP3 won't play 16kbps podcast, please help.

Hello,

My MP3 player can't play podcasts that have been recorded at 16kbps. Is there a way to increase the speed so that I can listen? Appreciate any help as I am obviously not technical in this area. My email is [email protected]. Thank you.

Yes. In 1.3.9, drag your MP3 file into Audacity. Then Export it. On Metadata, click OK, then select "Save as type:" MP3 files, then click on Options. Select your desired Quality from the list, click OK, and save your file.
