HELP ME PIRATES PHISHED AND CHARGED ME 80 USD

I CAN'T SEEM TO GET HELP FROM ANYWHERE.

I WANTED TO DOWNLOAD THE FREE AUDACITY AND THE NEXT THING I KNEW THERE WERE AUDACITY FEATURES FROM A SITE CALLED:

MYSOFTWAREPROVIDER.COM

THERE IS NO ONE TO WRITE TO. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.
I AM OUT 80 USD.

THEY DIDN'T SELL ME AUDACITY THEY BLENDED RIGHT INTO THE SITE.

NOTE: I have removed the URL link from this thread as it was originally posted - McAfee flags it RED (Use Caution) - they say: "When we tested this site we found links to themusicsmembersarea.com, which we found to be a distributor of downloads some people consider adware, spyware or other potentially unwanted programs." - personally I would not advise visiting the site. Google for mysoftwareprovider - you will find plenty of artictles on t'interweb about the activities of this site - some of whom seem to have got their money back.

If need Audacity you can download it free from the Audacity site: http://audacityteam.org/ - which BTW is the first link you get if you Google "Audacity" - so I am confused that you ever went through mysoftwareprovider ...

10 seconds on Google brought this up:

mysoftwareprovider.com is a known fraudulent site that one is advised
to stay away from. Spybot S&D has been aware of it for some time and
will inoculate your PC against it by adding the site to the Restricted
Zone in Internet Explorer and also adding an entry in your Host File
so that if you attempt to go to it you end up with a Page Not Found
error message.

It is also advised that any software downloaded from that site should be uninstalled and a full anti-virus and adware scan performed.
