mp3 and blogger help

I am trying to upload a file made on audacity and saved as an mp3 to my blogger site. Please help.

i have a file that was made in audacity and saved as an mp3. it is on my desktop. i need to get it on my blogger site. i do not see how to upload it or embed it.
