Audacity isn't recognizing my USB microphone as an input. It's an AVID mic. Is there any trick I should know?
Thanks!

Re: USB Microphone
If you are on Vista or Windows 7 you may need to enable the microphone in the Windows Control Panel.
The USB microphone must be plugged in and enabled before you start Audacity.
Then go to "Edit menu > Preferences > Devices" and select the USB option for the Recording device. The Playback device needs to be set to your normal sound card.
