We need a little more information...
What computer do you have? Operating system? Windows Mac? How did you connect the turntable to the computer? Did you have that hum before burning to cd? How did you burn to cd?

I have Audacity 1.3.,Toshiba Satellite, Win 7, connected through Behringer UF0202 & speaker output on turntable. I recorded with Win Media Player.

Did you have the hum in Audacity?
To which format did you export the audio for burning? (should be WAV)
Did the exported audio files have the hum?
I'm not a windows user, but windows media player is not regarded as a good software for burning cds. Fortunately there are some good free alternatives such as CDBurnerXP:

Plug headphones into the side of the laptop and listen closely to the Audacity show before you try to burn a CD. It should be clean there.
Connecting a turntable is done many different ways. If you're using analog, there has to be a Phono Preamplifier between the turntable and the computer, and you have to connect the little black ground wire from the turntable. You can't leave that out. That will cause hum.
