Project has opened, but has no sound

After I exported my project as an Mp3, my project would not open and the error said something along the lines of 'could not find project.' After a lot of searching, it eventually did open up but without the sound, making my project look like this:

I also found a new folder on my memory stick titled '_data' for the project.

Am desperate for a solution or will have to restart 2 and a half months worth of work.

When you save an audacity project it saves an .aup file and _data folder. The .aup file is just a text file and the audio itself is splitted into several small files inside that _data folder. You should not at any point delete, move or rename any of those. You need both the .aup file and the _data folder to open your project.

I moved the _data file to the same directory as the audacity file.
