Is there an easy way to select the audio between a pair of labels, delete the audio and one of the labels?

Could you be more specific. Do you mean "point" labels (markers) or "region" labels? Do you need to do it entirely through the keyboard or with a mouse? What exactly are you wanting to do?

I mean "point" labels (markers). I need to do it through the keyboard after using the mouse to click somewhere in the wave or label track between the "point" labels.
I have used Silence Finder to split up a large file; I wish to remove some of the audio before doing an Export Multiple.

I don't think that you can do the entire operation through the keyboard when using point labels.
Probably the best that you can do is to select the label track, (Click on label track then SHIFT+HOME then SHIFT+END)
then Alt+I to split at the markers.
Deleting sections would then need the mouse to double click between to split points to select the region and it could then be deleted.
If you were using region labels, then you would be able to either delete the labelled regions, or keep the labelled regions and delete the rest.
