I NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY. I LOST MY ENTIRE PROJECT. THE PROGRAM, AS SOON AS SHUT DOWN WILL NOT REOPEN MY PROJECTS, AND I KNOW I AM SAVING THEM CORRECTLY. I NEED HELP.
That key on your left is the Caps Lock key. Can you turn it off, please?
We need to do one quick check on your machine before we try to rescue anything. Are you filling up your System Drive? That will cause problems like this and it will prevent us from rescuing your show.
From the desktop. Go > Computer > [select your hard drive] > File > Get Info.
You're looking for two numbers, Capacity and Available. What are those numbers? Available should certainly never drop below about ten.
How long was the show?
