export to burn cd

i have a problem: i have 1h. of mixed music (1h togheter) and i try to make more tracks, can make whit audacity?..... 
Yes. Put a Label at the beginning of each song. Apple-B.
Then File > Export Multiple > WAV. Audacity will make many songs that you can put in iTunes.
Create a Playlist in iTunes and move your songs to that playlist. Then burn a CD.
Let iTunes tell you when to put the CD inside. Do not put the CD inside too soon.
