Take out screaming?

I have a live song that was ripped from a video taken at a concert. Is it possible to take out the screaming?

I tried the noise removal tool but it made the singing really off pitch and the screaming really high pitched.

If the screaming occurs when there is no music, (between songs) then you can cut it out. If the screaming occurs while the song is playing you're stuck with it - it's a performer in the show.

Basically there's screaming in the beginning of the song and then during a few parts of the song the crowd is screaming.

I wanna try and take out the crowd screaming if possible.

See above. There is no software that can separate voices. If the screaming and singing are happening at the same time, you're dead.

If not, then you can use the envelope tool (two white arrows and bent blue line) to suppress the volume at the scream points or you can select the screaming and use Command-L to bring the noise (and everything) to zero.
