VU Meters

How do you reactivate the VU Meters after turning them off the tool bar? Thanks
In 1.3.x: View > Toolbars > Meter Toolbar

In 1.2.x you can't make the toolbars disappear, you can only dock and undock them: View > Float Meter Toolbar or View > Dock Meter Toolbar.
Which version of Audacity are you using?
