AAC, Ogg and MP3 may all be used at higher bit rates. At their highest rates they are all considered to be "transparent" (it's impossible to hear the difference between a first generation encoded file and the original uncompressed audio).
The great thing about opinions is that they don't need to be backed up by any evidence

We could start a new topic and try some double blind tests here on the forum if anyone is interested.
