New Guy here.
All is working fine with saves to MP#, but for some reason I can't seem to burn a CD in WAV format. I'm running 10.4.11. Any suggestions and, yep, I'm exporting to WAV.
Thanks,
Ron

Re: Can't Burn WAV CD
Let me use a few more significant words.
To burn a Data CD which will not play in your car, put a blank CD into your Mac and OK the opening dialog box. Drag your WAV sound files over to it after it mounts on the desktop and drag the disk icon to the burn icon in the dock. To make a Music CD which will play in your car, open or import the WAV music files into iTunes, create a playlist and burn the playlist to the empty disk that iTunes will prompt you to put in.
Some car CD players will accept a Data CD with MP3 files on it. My sister's car will do that and mine will not. We can all play Music CDs made through iTunes (or the Music CD burning program of your choice).

Re: Can't Burn WAV CD
And do make sure that you export your WAV files as 44.1kHz 16-bit PCM stereo (which is the Red Book standard for CDs)
And do use good quality CD-Rs and NOT CD-RWs.
