Cannot import in stereo - everything coming up MONO.

New here, hope I can find some help. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out why all the songs that used to be stereo are now importing as mono. I've gone thru all the settings I can think of; preferences are set to 2-channel, and the source music is 2 channel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've had this problem too. I've found that if I remove the ID3 tags from the mp3 file I'm importing, it will then correctly import as stereo.
