Blue Mic in Mono?

Post by narodny » Sat Mar 27, 2010 6:22 pm

Hello, I am using Audacity v1.3.11 and trying to connect my blue mic but it will only connect it in mono and not stereo. Is this right? Why wont it let me record in stereo?

"Converting" the Blue Snowball capture show from mono to stereo is a snap...in Audacity 1.3.11.

http://audacityteam.org/download/

You can put both versions on your machine safely but only use one at a time. Audacity 1.3 projects will not open in 1.2.

Tracks > Add Mono Track > Select Track One > Copy and Paste to Track Two.
Tools to the left of Track One > Make Stereo Track.
