I'm sure I"d figure this out, but sinc eyou're here -- to create a stereo mix of several tracks -- where is the option for this?

Pan the tracks to where you want them in the stereo mix, then select the tracks to mix and click on: "Project -> Qick Mix".
Note 1) If your project preferences are set for mono and all tracks are set panned to center, you will get a mono mix from doing this. To force a stereo mix, insert an empty stereo track into the project and include it in your mix.
Note 2) When you "Export" the audio, this will automatically mix down tracks anyway, so if you have the export format set to stereo, then you will get a 2-track (stereo) mix.

thanks -- worked great. got it as a wav file into itunes and I can burn a disc.
