Hi I use a Mac Pro and 1.3.7 Version. I can't find how to change the bpm on a song. And also if i put to songs together in two stereo tracks, will they get sync'ed automatically ?

Effect > Change Tempo.
It's almost impossible for software to tell what the BPM of a song is, so you need to do that with a stopwatch, iTunes and a calculator. Then plug the numbers into the tool.

Nope. You get to select one or the other song and apply the Effects > Change tools (Tempo, Speed, and Pitch) until they line up. !.3.7 also has Effect > Sliding Pitch Shift.
