Hi. I'm wondering if it's possible to remove the music of a song but to keep the vocals. Thanks

That links to how to remove the vocals, not music.

You want vocal isolation. I think at least one of these packages claims to be able to do that.
Voice Removal or Isolation
--Center Pan Remover (Voice Remover--Search the page for "Center Pan Remover")

--Voice Trap

--Extra Boy

We warn people not to fall in love with this idea. It never actually works very well or sometimes at all. For example, if you have a highly compressed MP3 as a master, it fails and if you have a mono master, you're dead.

Can Anyone suggest any of those? Thanks ~ Like for example, some people make remixes of songs but use different background music. They have the vocals part but not the music part.

I wouldn't expect any of them to work fantastically well. It's like trying to unscramble an egg.

Yes, but they have the original multi-track version to work with, so they don't need to extract the parts from the mix, they have the tracks before they have been mixed.
