Changing input source to "Computer Sound"

I have been trying to record the audio from a youtube video and can't get Audacity to recognize the input. I have tried going to System Preferences/Hardware/Sound/Input, but there is nothing there except Line In.
How do I set it to record the audio coming from my browser?
Mac G5, OSX 10.5.7, Audacity 1.3.3
