Newbie to Audacity using MacMini OS-X

I have recorded many of my 12" dance LP's in Audacity. I saved them in the Audacity files. I am having problems exporting them into iTunes. Do I need to change the .ext on the file, or leave it as .aup? Also, I would love to find a users guide to purchase or download.

Audacity doesn't save sound files. Sorry, we're not awfully good about pointing that out. Open each Audacity Project and Export As WAV. Each WAV file should drop right into iTunes or any other sound program.
Let us know if it doesn't work.
