[RESOLVED] Increase volume without clipping?

Hi,
Sorry if this is a noob question, but my audio file is too quiet when exported to a .wav file.
But when I play it in Audacity, the audio volume is higher and the quality is really good.
What I want is for my exported .wav file to be high quality and louder.
I've tried:
1. Amplifying with clipping (leads to horrible audio quality)
2. Gaining the audio, which also leads to horrible audio quality: 3. Putting up the volume of my speakers, which doesn't lead to horrible quality, but doesn't solve my problem because I will be using this audio in a video to be given to others.
Anybody have any solutions?
Thanks.
