Audience Removal

Post by duke » Mon May 11, 2009 12:54 pm

I want to edit out the audience from a MP3 I don't mind how long or painstaking this will be. If anyone knows how I could go about this the info would be very much appreciated. I'm guessing I may be able to preserve the actual music sort of like an isolation attempt or manually go through and kill off the audience.

If the audience is noisy during the performance then this kind of removal will be all but impossible.

However if all you are trying to do is to remove applause/cheering at the end (or even beginning) of numbers then you can just delete most of the applause and use the Fade Out effect (Fade In for the track beginnings) to fade out the number. Note that this is indeed a manual process - no automation possible...
