Saving as MP3

Can not get "Lame" to register.....keep getting the message to download Lame each time I try to save to MP3....Tried rebooting, moving the Lame from Lame for Audicity to Audicity folder manually....
Appreciate any clues....

This Forum is ONLY for problems about downloading or obtaining Audacity Stable, or about it failing to complete installation. You have installed Audacity successfully. Unless your question fits a specialised Forum please post to the correct Forum for your operating system and version of Audacity.

You must tell Audacity where LAME is if you are using a 1.2 version of Audacity.
