New to Audacity - cannot record Internet Radio

I'm new to Audacity - so please be gentle :D
Running Dell laptop - XP Pro sp3 - Sigma Tel Audio
I have installed Audacity so I can record off Internet radio - but when I look in the mixer toolbar, I can only see "Line in" and "microphone" options. I've tried recording with both options, but only get a flat line. I have looked in Control Panel and cannot find how to get to see the Sound Card to record from.
If any body can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.

I think XP is the one with "Advanced" or "Extra" options to get to the Internet Recording settings.

Windows Control Panel

About 2/3 of the way down, there is an explanation of how to set up your machine.

Thanx - I've looked at the contols mentioned but I cannot see anything other than Line in and microphone. Do you think this could be a "Cheap" version of the sound card?
Any help appreciated.
