help...only plays first 1 sec of song
Hello I'm new to audacity... I'm trying to mix some music but when I open a file in audacity, it only shows the first second of it and that is all it plays. I just downloaded audacity yesterday and I have no clue how to use it. Thanks everyone for your help!

Where did you get the music from? Some copy protection schemes can do that. Did you rip one of your own Music CDs with CDEX?
