obtaining LAME mp3 encoder

When I go to download the LAME mp3 encoder my computer cannot find the file. It says "we were not able to find the file to download." Please help me, I really want to be able to export mp3 files!!

Which version of Audacity are you using?
Have you downloaded Lame? If so, what version and from where?
