This is a probably a simple thing, but I can't find any posts on the topic. Recently switched computers. My mic now generates a waveform at about -0.1 rather than right at 0.0. Anyone know how to fix... greatly appreciate any help.

It is probably a hardware fault with the sound card (not uncommon with on-board sound cards).
If you apply the "Normalize" effect with just the "DC off-set" correction selected, then your recordings may be usable, although it does not really "fix" the problem and the sound quality will probably still not be very good.
