Certain characters are magic in computers.
We warn people to only use upper case and lower case letters, numbers, and the dash and underline. That's it. If Windows thinks one of your file name characters is anything else, then it will become unstable. For example, "MyMusic" is not a filename. It's a Windows directory structure. Windows needs to be started and working in the same language you are. I'm betting you can't swap back and forth.
