vst plug in problems

PLEASE IGNORE - I FIGURED IT OUT. I am trying to use vst Freeverb with Audacity 1.2.6 and I am having trouble getting set up to do this. I have gone to the Audacity web site where it tells you to 1) to download the vst enabler and then 2) to place it in the "Audacity installation folder." I cannot get past step two because I cannot find the vst enabler or the "Audacity installation folder." I have read the web site many times and have spent more hours than I would like to admit trying to do this, so any help is much appreciated. I am sorry if this is posted in the wrong section.
