Mix Tracks

I have edited a one-hour class lecture down to four, 15 minute tracks. I have also recorded an introduction that will be inserted before each 15 minute track. How do I combine, or mix, these so that the introduction I recorded precedes the track lecture?

Use the "Time Shift Tool" (double headed arrow) to drag the contents of each track left/right to appropriate position.
