I need to make a small conversion of time (without changing tone) to many archives in a folder. With Audacity I can do automatically this without having to do it one by one?

Use 1.3.7 and set up a chain including the Change Tempo effect at File > Edit Chains. Apply the chain by clicking File > Apply Chain, select the chain you created then click "Apply to Files..." Note you will need a lot of temporary disc space to do this. If you run out of space, exit Audacity and work on a smaller number of files in each session.
